The new 130A inverter plasma cutter
We are pleased to introduce our new Plasma Sound PC 130/T, art. 337, a powerful inverter plasma cutting power source with the strongest duty cycle existing today in the market (130A at 80% and 125A at 100%).
Such power allows to cut on a recommended thickness of 40 mm of mild steel (the maximum cutting thickness is 50 mm and the severance thickness is 60 mm) with outstanting cut quality and speed.
Piercing capacity is 25 mm on mild steel.

Cebora already in compliance with the new ISO9001 edition
The ISO9001 standard states the month of September 2018 as deadline for conforming the company procedures to the latest edition (2015 edition, which replaces the former 2008 edition) of the standard itself.
Thanks to a careful control of the procedures by our Quality Control Service as well as to a corresponding organizational effort of our ownership and management, the compliance of Cebora with the latest edition of the ISO9001 standard has already been certified on the occasion of the certificate renewal, obtained last month.
Cebora offers the WPS package (EN 1090)
We are pleased to announce the availability of the new article 808, "WPS Package for EVO Speed Star".
The EC Regulation 305/2001 on construction products imposes the application of EN 1090 for steelwork for structural use.
The application of this regulation requires the companies to develop an adequate system of manufacturing process control that will allow them to affix the CE marking on the products.
This regulation involves many different manufactures, such as agricultural, residential and industrial buildings, bridges, roofings, viaducts etc., and the welding procedures are qualified by competent bodies on the basis of defined and certified testing procedures.
The EMAF in Porto, last 2016 European fair for Cebora
The EMAF fair, now at its 16th edition held in Porto, Portugal, on November 23rd through 26th, 2016, is the country's largest industrial fair, with a very high participation (the data relevant to the previous edition refer of 350 exhibitors in 5 halls on an area of 27,000 m² and an attendance of 40,000
Cebora was present with its demonstrator engineer in the stand of its Portuguese distributor, company Rubete, who exhibited a significant selection of latest generation welding and cutting power sources of the industrial range.
The Cebora automation line at the Robomatica fair in Madrid
The "Robomatica" fair in Madrid began as a professional show, in response to the needs of a strongly automation-oriented market, but it quickly reached the size and the characteristics of an important trade fair, included in the frame of the big MetalMadrid fair.
The Spanish market was one of the earliest and most receptive markets for the welding automation line of Cebora, that installed in the Iberian country dozens of robotic welding systems since the late 90s.
Succesful end of Trade Fairs season 2016 in Poland for STIGAL / Cebora
The outcome of the first edition of the Fair Warsaw Industry Week was a big question mark for everybody. The organizers, however, stood up to the challenge, inviting not only several hundred exhibitors, but also two national TV stations - Polsat INFO and TVN24 BiS, which visited the STIGAL stand and made a reportage featuring its products.
Cebora at the Lima fair with its new Peruvian partner
The FIMM (International fair of Metalmechanics) is a major event in the Peruvian industry, which draws nearly 10,000 visitors.
The 2016 edition, which took place in Lima on November 10th through 13th, recorded the presence of Cebora, with both its divisions, Welding and Wheels, in the stand of its new distributor, company Masoltech, that exposed a representative selection of Cebora power sources of the industrial line (MIG, TIG welding and plasma cutting).
Something new at the SEMA in Las Vegas
In the great and amazing city of Las Vegas, on November 1 through 4, 2016, was held the 50th edition of the SEMA Show, the more long-awaited and attended motor event in the US, full of previews, presentations, in-depth technical analyses and road tests.
The event, a must for those that work in the sector, has seen a large number of visitors, confirming itself as a showcase among the most interesting and researched by the international exhibitors.
The whole Cebora plasma range (and even more) at the Alihankinta fair in Tampere
The Alihankinta (subcontracting) fair in Tampere, Finland, has become an event of such importance and popularity that this year it was not possible to accept new exhibitors, in addition to the more than 1,000 ones already booked, coming from 20 countries, for lack of space. The 2016 edition took place on September 27th through 29th and in the last three days it reached the record turnout of 18,422 professional visitors.
The historical distributor of the Cebora industrial line, company Cebotec Oy, has exhibited in its booth a wide selection of Cebora power sources, particularly of the plasma cutting line, which has won over the years a leading position in the Finnish market.
TOOLEX and EUROTOOL fairs, another success for Stigal / Cebora
Two major international trade fairs took place in October in Poland at ExpoSilesia center in Sonowiec: TOOLEX and ExpoWELDING, which attracted hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors. STIGAL, manufacturer of the fastest CNC cutting machines in Europe, presented its three major machines, exclusively powered by the Cebora HQC Power Sources, which raised the interest of the visitors.
First was the updated version of the well recognized DYNAMIC Speed HQ - the fastest CNC plasma cutting machine with the Interchangable Operating Tables System, powered by the new Cebora Plasma Prof 166 HQC.
Introducing the new Jaguar E 200 MD
The need to have two different filler wires ready in one welding machine was felt in the body shop already years ago. This is why Cebora created in 1993 its first double torch power source, the Jaguar art. 582. It was a transformer based, switch controlled machine, in line with the welding technology of that time.
Then, in 2008, Cebora presented the new version: the Jaguar Double Pulse 2035/MD, art. 282, an inverter synergic power source with pulsed and double pulsed arc functions. A big step ahead, followed in 2011 by the PFC version Jaguar Sound MIG 2060/MD Star Double Pulse, art. 302, currently in production and still having a great success worldwide, also thanks to the many approvals released by leading car manufacturers.
With a view of reaching the growing number of body shops that more and more feel the need to provide themselves with adequate equipment for the repair of the new materials used in the vehicle body (high strength steels, aluminium alloys etc.), Cebora is now pleased to introduce its new Jaguar E 200 MD, art. 321, that offers the same Cebora technology and quality but with a more attractive price.
All the welding points of view at Valfer in Mese (Sondrio)
The need to provide information and clarification regarding the new working methods used in the welding field, the application of new technologies and the entry into force of new regulations (in particular the EN1090 and the new UNI 11627 standard on oxy-gas welding) suggested the company VALFER Hardware in Mese (Sondrio), the idea of organizing on Friday, September 30th, 2016, an interesting event where specialists of some leading manufacturers of the three basic elements of welding (welding power source, filler material and shielding gas) were able to give full information to the several attending customers.
Laskar organizes the Cebora Cup in Holland
In spite of the exceptionally hot weather in Holland (35°C!), approximately 70 people from the Benelux customers of the historical Dutch distributor of Cebora, company Laskar, attended the Open House organized on September 13th, 14th and 15th, 2016, in Hardinxveld for introducing the new models of the Cebora range, i.e. the Pocket Pulse, art. 305, and the Synstar 330 TC, art. 386.
The people in attendance were very satisfied and impressed by the performance of the two new models and Laskar booked a remarkable number of orders.
During the three days of meeting, Laskar also organized a karting race, the Cebora Cup, which was won by a nephew of the Dutch F1 champion Max Verstappen.
The MB approved Cebora MIG welder at the Automechanika fair
The Automechanika fair, which was held in Frankfurt, Germany, on September 13th through 17th, is one of the most important events in the world as far as the automotive sector is concerned.
The 2016 edition was marked by the following remarkable numbers: 136,000 visitors from over 170 countries, with 4,820 exhibitors. One of the central themes of the fair was "Tomorrow's Service & Mobility".
Just in this spirit, the joint stand of Cebora and of its historical German distributor, company Cebotech GmbH, contained the updated line of welding and plasma cutting power sources developed by Cebora for the modern body shops that more and more need to repair vehicles made with new materials such as aluminium and high strength steels.

In order to improve its manufacturing capacity, against a growing demand, both domestic and international, the company Fratelli Mazzocchia in Frosinone (Italy), European leader in the manufacture of rubbish collection trucks, has purchased a remarkable number of Cebora welding machines model EVO Speed Star 380 TS, art. 319, that are already working in their factory.

Mercedes-Benz approves the Sound MIG 2740/T Star Pulse
After a long, thorough and severe testing procedure, Mercedes-Benz has released its official approval for the Cebora Sound MIG 2740/T Star Pulse,art. 307.
This is the first Cebora three-phase power source approved by a car manufacturer and this is due to the growing need in the vehicle body repair of powerful welding machines capable to cover a wider range of applications on a wider range of metals (mild steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, high-strength steel, martensitic steel, aluminium alloys etc.).
Now available the new Synstar 330 TC
To respond to the many requests received by its worldwide sales network, Cebora introduces a new model of the Synstar line, the Synstar 330 TC, art. 386.
It is a compact three-phase inverter synergic power source, multi-process (MIG-MAG, TIG and MMA), with a high power (330A at 40% and 270A at 100%), factory fitted with pulsed and double pulsed arc functions, more than 70 synergic programs and 5" touch screen LCD display. An optional cooling unit is also available.
The power source can also be equipped with a push-pull type torch.
Cebora presents the Pocket Pulse black / gold
Thirty years ago, Cebora invented the first portable continuous wire welder in the history. It was called Pocket MIG and in a short time it became a worldwide best seller, sold in millions of units from the Americas to Oceania. For sure one of the products that mainly contributed to make the Cebora brand known in the world.
To celebrate the anniversary, Cebora is pleased to present to its sales network a new achievement of its technology: the Pocket Pulse, art. 305.
For the occasion, we decided to dress the product in a special way, to strongly characterize it also from the image point of view. So, instead of being of our historical red colour, the Pocket Pulse is black with gold writing. A visual impact that will surely catch the eyes.

The plasma cutting line of Cebora, already European leader in the sector, is becoming well known in China in these last years, also thanks to the CCC approval obtained by the different power sources offered to the market, both for manual use and for automation.
The Chinese Cebora partner for the plasma line, company Hanindo, has created for the 2016 edition of the Beijing Essen fair, which took place on June 14th through 17th in Beijing, a large stand where were exposed both Cebora power sources for manual plasma cutting, among which was highlighted the brand new Plasma Sound PC 125 T, an inverter power source of 125A at 100%, capable of cutting thicknesses up to 50 mm and of severing 60 mm, as well as the high-definition ones of the HQC line for automation, already appreciated by several Chinese manufacturers of high quality cutting tables.
Another success of STIGAL / CEBORA at Poznań ITM Fairs 2016
The 2016 edition of the ITM Fairs, held on June 9th through 12th in Poznań, Poland, gathered over 1,000 exhibitors from all over the world. From Bologna to Rome, bound by the common passion for car racing
Among the new initiatives launched by Cebora in 2016, there is theb assistance to a young team of engineers of the "Tor Vergata" University in Rome engaged in the design and then production of a racing car that will participate in the "FORMULA SAE ", a competition open to engineering design to students and organized by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
The Cebora representatives departed from their seat in Cadriano, located within the Italian "Motor Valley", to visit this young group of enthusiasts and skilled engineers with the target to contribute to the development of those parts of the vehicle that can be created directly in the laboratory, within the "Tor Vergata" University itself.
Cebora robotics and industrial welding at the Zagreb Fair
The 23rd edition of the BIAM fair in Zagreb, Croatia, was held in the Balkan capital on April 19th through 22nd, 2016, attracting a large number of trade visitors from Croatia itself and from the neighboring countries.
The Cebora welding automation line, consisting of a full range of power sources for robotized welding in the MIG-MAG, TIG and Plasma Weldingprocesses, was exposed in the stand of the company Troska, also distributor of Hyundai robots.
In the stand of the company R.A.M. was instead exposed a selection of Cebora power sources of the industrial line, one among the most complete ranges available today on the world market.
The Cebora Automotive line at the Cesvi fair in Mexico City
On March 10th, 11th and 12th, 2016, was held in Mexico City the 14th edition of the fair "Expo Reparación y Mantenimiento Automotriz" event focused on the repair of vehicles organized by Cesvi México, the organization which on behalf of insurance companies performs research and selection of procedures and equipment for the repair of damaged vehicles.
The Mexican distributor of the Cebora collision repair line, company Hidrotools, exposed in his stand some of the latest generation Cebora power sources (MIG-MAG welding machines, plasma cutting machines and multi-purpose "spotters"), already approved by major car manufacturers.
The Cebora automotive line at the Beijing fair
The AMR fair of Beijing is an outstanding event for China and for its connected market in the automotive field. The 2016 edition, which took place on March 3rd through 6th on a total surface of 100,000 sqm, has seen the participation of almost 55,000 visitors from 62 countries.
The company Shanghai Yingda, distributor of the Cebora automotive line in China, has exhibited in its stand the representative models of the range, which includes inverter synergic power sources for MIG-MAG welding, inverter plasma cutters as well as multi-purpose spotters.
The Cebora industrial line presented in Kielce
Cebora was exhibiting at the 8th edition of the International Sheet Metal Working Fair STOM-BLECH of Kielce, Poland (arch 9th through 11th, 2016) in two different stands. In addition to the stand of the company STIGAL, historical partner of Cebora for the plasma cutting automation line, the Cebora industrial welding and cutting line was shown in the stand of the company Weld-Tech, distributor of the industrial range since 2015.
STOM-BLECH 2016 fair marks another success and medal for Stigal and Cebora
This year's edition of the STOM-BLECH International Metal Sheet Processing Fair held in Kielce, Poland (March 9th through 11th, 2016), was the 8th edition of this event. Gathering over 500 exhibitors from all over the world, it was the biggest edition so far.
Thousand's of fairs' visitors were attracted to the biggest stand on the whole fairs, which was presented by STIGAL, long-term partner of CEBORA, the manufacturer of the fastest in Europe, widely acclaimed plasma cutting machines. This year STIGAL over 250 sq meters has accomodated all three of its flagship devices, powered exclusively by CEBORA power sources, both standard and HQC.
The Cebora welders for the Vocational Training Centres of the Xunta de Galicia
Our distributor for Galicia (Spain), company PILSES, won the public tender for the supply to the vocational training centers of the Galician regional government and provided 110 Cebora welding machines, models: Sound MMA 2336/T, TIG Sound AC/DC 2240/M, Synstar 270 T and EVO 350 TC Synergic.
The supply judging committee, made up of professors of the training centers, specialized in different welding processes, evaluated the technical offer of the machines offered by PILSES with a score of 50% higher than the second classified and 90% higher than the third one.
The new website of Rubete, Portugal
The company Rubete in Vila Nova de Gaia, distributor in Portugal of both Cebora divisions, i.e. the Welding & Cutting Division and the Wheels Division, has created its new website with rubete.com domain, in which it offers to the visitors its catalogues in PDF.
In particular, the welding line catalogue presents the whole range of the Cebora power sources of the industrial line (plasma, TIG, MMA, MIG and spotters), while the Cebora wheels are shown in the catalogue devoted to the hardware, to the measuring instruments and to the furniture for warehouses and workshops.

Laskar Hardinxveld BV, sole distributor of Cebora in the Benelux, was proud to deliver 7 pc EVO Speedstar 380 TS (full options) to one of the most renowned schools in Holland, the ROC Mondriaan college in The Hague.

After having already approved more than ten years ago several Cebora single-phase power sources of the Automotive line, BMW USA has now confirmed the approval of the three-phase MIG-MAG welding power source Sound MIG 2740/T Star Pulse, art. 307, a professional and versatile machine, highly appreciated for the quality and the easiness of use assured by the synergic control which allows even the operators with a limited experience to obtain very good welding results.
The Open House in Rome
On Saturday, January 16th, 2016, at Punto Gas in Rome, leading company in the field of LPG and methane systems, has been held the Open House that inaugurated the new business year.

Cebora, already present for years in Poland with both the plasma cutting automation line and the collision repair line, has reached an agreement with the company Weld-Tech of Legnica, with branch offices in Gdansk, Ustron and Walbrzych, for the distribution of the Cebora industrial line in Poland.
Weld-Tech specializes in welding and not only has many years of experience in the field, but also a technical-commercial staff able to support the end user with demonstrations on site by means of demo vans, until the after-sales service.
SEMA in Las Vegas: mission to aluminum
The SEMA fair, that was held in Las Vegas on November 3rd through 6th, 2015, is the most important event in the USA as far as the vehicle repair and transformation sector is concerned and this edition has reached the number of 60,00 visitors.
The main theme of SEMA 2015 was for sure the confirmed epochal turning-point introduced in the car sector by the constantly growing use, in the car manufacture, of new materials such as high resistance steels and, above all, aluminum and its different alloys, basic components, also, of the new Ford pick-up F-150 which, launched in 2014, is now the most popular model in the USA.
Growing success of the MetalMadrid show
The MetalMadrid 2015 show, which has been held in Madrid on November 4th and 5th, 2015, was very successful and showed a strong growing trend for the number of both the exhibitors and the visitors.
The show involves different sectors and the Cebora stand was mainly focused on the sectors of the industrial welding and of the welding and plasma cutting automation. The remarkable number of visitors to the stand as well as the several contacts in the two exhibition days have demonstrated that the Cebora professional range is today among the most complete and technologically advanced ones.

CESVIMAP of Avila (Spain), the Center for Experimentation and Road Safety MAPFRE, which focuses its research on the method of repairing damage to vehicles due to accidents, has issued the following piece of news:

Cebora novelties at the Equip'Auto fair in Paris
The EQUIP AUTO fair, the most important exhibition in the French automotive sector, took place in Paris on October 13th through 17th, 2015, attracting approximately 100,000 professionals.
In the stand of the French distributor of Cebora, company Workshop Equipment Systems (WES) were exposed some Cebora power sources of the automotive line, including the new Power Spot 5700 Aluminium, a capacitive discharge power source capable to weld up to M8 studs of all kinds of metal.

At a distance of just a little more than two weeks one from the other, have took place in Finland two important exhibitions for the welding and cutting sector: the Alihankinta fair in Tampere (September 15th through 17th, 2015) and the Jointec fair in Helsinki (October 6th through 8th, 2015).
In both fairs, the Finnish distributor of Cebora, company Cebotac Oy, was present with its stand in which were exposed the Cebora plasma cutting power sources, already very popular in Finland, as well as the new inverter synergic MIG-MAG welding power source Synstar 270T, a three phase power source of 270A at 20% and 250A at 40%, with the possibility of adding the optional pulsed arc function.
The Cebora cutting automation at the Teknologia'15 in Helsinki
The Teknologia'15 fair, that was held in Helsinki on October 6th through 8th, 2015, is an important event for the Finnish technical and industrial world. The fair consists in fact of 7 contemporaneous events: Automation, Elkom, Hydraulics&Pneumatics, MecaTec, FinnTec, ToolTec and JoinTec.
In three days, the Helsinki fair attracted 14,000 visitors, professionals of the industries, students and experts with the help of nearly 400 exhibiting companies, different types of shows, lectures by acknowledged experts and other programmes.

Two major international trade fairs took place in October in Poland. TOOLEX and EUROTOOL, held respectively in Sosnowiec and Kraków, attracting over 1000 exhibitors and thousands of visitors. The company HST, the historical distributor of Cebora in the Czech Republic, is a dynamic company constantly developing new ideas for the industrial welding and cutting market.

Record-breaking Poznań ITM Fairs 2015: another big success for Stigal and Cebora
This year's edition of the ITM Fairs, held in Poznań, Poland, on June 9th through 12th, gathered nearly 1,000 exhibitors from 27 countries and 16,955 visitors. Cebora welding automation at the Belgrade fair
The 54th edition of the International Fair of Technique and Technical Achievements (UFI) has been held in Belgrade, Serbia, on May 11th through 15th, 2015. This is the most important economic and technological event in Serbia and the South East Europe, which has got a great influence upon the future industrial development in the country and region.
This is a traditional (since 1937) meeting and business contact point, which enables numerous exhibitors (almost 1,000) and visitors (almost 30,000) to satisfy their business expectations.
Specialized fairs and exhibitions forming the contents of the TECHNICAL FAIR are held at the same place and time.
New collaborations in the Czech Republic
On April 21st through 23rd, 2015, took place in Prague, Czech republic, the 2nd edition of the "For Weld" fair, focused on the welding and cutting sector, with a remarkable success of public.
This is one of the most important events in the Czech Republic for the technological sector and has already become an unmissable meeting that allows the numerous exhibitors and visitors to show and to see the hottest novelties in the technique world.
The Czech distributor of Cebora, company HST, has participated in the fair in collaboration with the company SOLID WELD, a young and dynamic Czech company in constant development, specilizing in plasma cutting, positioned among the high quality manufacturers of its sector.
Cebora and GEFRA Automazione at the Celje fair
The "Forma Tool" biennal fair is the biggest and most important event in Slovenia for the industrial sector, which attracts almost 600 exhibitors from 27 different countries, on a surface of over 17,000 m², with the presence of about 11,000 visitors.
The company Varesi, distributor of Cebora in Slovenia, exhibited in its stand a complete selection of Cebora power sources of the industrial range, including some important novelties, such as the Synstar MIG line and the EVO Speed Star line, top of the MIG range.
The stand also included a robotized cell of the company GEFRA Automazione, the system integrator of the Cebora group, equipped with Cebora welding power sources for MIG and Plasma welding.
Melbourne 2015: Australian body shops demand equipment for aluminium
On April 16th through 19th, 2015, took place at the Melbourne exhibition centre, Australia, the "Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo", intended for all operators of the car sector, in particular to those of the car collision repair.
It is one of the most important events in Australia for this sector and there are 420 exhibitors from 21 different countries.

The novelties of the Cebora Automotive line at the AMR fair in Beijing
The AMR (Auto Maintenance & Repair Expo) fair in Beijing is an event that draws more than 50,000 visitors in the stands of 1,200 exhibitors on a surface of 100,000 m². Numbers that easily explain the importance that this fair has achieved for the Chinese market as well as for all operators that do business with China.
The local distributor of the Cebora line for the body repair, company Shanghai Yingfei, presented in its stand some of the more important novelties of the line, such as the 20A three-phase model of the Synstar line, Synstar 200T, an extremely versatile synergic inverter MIG welding power source, with possibility of "pulsed arc" function upgrade, and the new Power Spot 5700 Aluminium, capable to weld studs up to Ø 8 mm on all kind of metals being used in the car body, with a new wide display that makes its use even easier and more user friendly.
Motortec in Madrid: growing demand of power sources for aluminium repair
The Motortec fair, held in Madrid on arch 11th through 14th, 2015, is an important meeting point, in Spain, for all the operators of the automotive sector and, in particular, of the car body repair.
The innovation that is marking the sector in the recent period is the constantly growing use of aluminium by the car manufacturers, that favour such material because of its characteristics of lightness and resistance to corrosion. Yet such trend reflects in a widespread problem for the body shops that need to equip themselves with adequate instruments for the repair of the aluminium parts, repair that requires particular precautions and tools.
Ford approves also the Synstar 200M and the new Power Spot 5700
Ford USA, who already approved so far several Cebora power sources of the Automotive line, has now renewed the worldwide approval, originally released in the year 2013, for 5 models of the plasma cutting, MIG-MAG welding and spotter lines.
While the new approval reconfirms the models Power Plasma 3035/M, art. 279, Sound MIG 2060/MD Star Double Pulse, art. 301, and Jaguar Sound MIG 2060/MD Star Double Pulse, art. 302, it does not refer any more to the models EVO 200 M Synergic Combi, art. 622, and Power Spot 5600, art. 2154, recently discontinued, and includes now the new models Synstar 200 M, art. 322, and Power Spot 5700 Aluminium, art. 2156.
Medals again for STIGAL at the STOM-BLECH fair
The 7th edition of STOM-BLECH International Metal Sheet Processing Fair held in Kielce, Poland, on March 10th through 12th, 2015, gathered over 500 exhibitors from Poland, Germany, Turkey, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania, Denmark and the Netherlands.
Stigal, well recognized European manufacturer of high-end CNC plasma cutting machines, was awarded STOM fairs medals for the unique and modern presentation style.

The new three-phase 270A completes the Synstar line
After the success obtained by the first two models of the Synstar line, that is the 200A single phase power source (Synstar 200M, art. 322) and the 200A three-phase one (Synstar 200T, art. 323), Cebora is pleased to introduce the new 270A three-phase power source, Synstar 270T, art. 324, which completes the line.

The Power Spot 5700 “Aluminium” is a compact and lightweight portable power source for stud weldeing through capacitor discharge.

The Cebora Automotive line at the SEMA in Las Vegas
The SEMA fair is one of the most important exhibitions at a worldwide level for the automotive market. It is an event reserved to the professional operators, where are introduced the most interesting novelties of the sector.
The 2014 edition, held on November 4th through 7th, attracted over 60,000 buyers from USA and from the rest of the world. The exhibition, segmented into 12 sections, with a special "New Products Showcase" featuring nearly 2,000 newly introduced parts, tools and components, was focused this eyar on the aluminium repair in the car body shop. Aluminium is more and more used in the production of cars and many models of the main worldwide manufacturers are today made, totally or partly, of such material which needs devoted power sources and technology for its repair.
A new hot October for the high definition cutting in Poland
October was once again a very hectic month for the metal cutting industry in Poland. TOOLEX, EUROTOOL and ExpoWELDING, three big, international trade fairs taking place in period of only two weeks in Sosnowiec and Kraków, attracted over 1000 of exhibitors and ten thousands of visitors.
The fairs enabled leading European manufacturers to showcase their newest products. Both the newest machines and the modern stand design displayed by STIGAL during the fairs impressed the visitors, making it one of the most visited stands.
The Expo Industrial in Quito
Thanks to the remarkable success of the first edition, held in 2012, also this year the Expo Industrial fair in Quito, at its second edition (October 22nd through 25th, 2014) has reconfirmed itself as an event of great attraction for the whole industrial sector in Ecuador.
Cebora was present in cooperation with its local importer, company Elimed, in which stand were exposed the Cebora power sources, now well known in the South American country since the 90's.
The big stand at the Brno fair
On September 29th through October 3rd, 2014, has been held in Brno, Czech Republic, the 56th International Engineering Fair, the most important economic and technological event in the Czech Republic and among the most important ones in the Middle Europe. This is a traditional meeting and business contact point which enables numerous exhibitors and visitors to see hot news in the world of engineering. Approx. 1,600 companies from 31 countries were exhibiting in Brno and the number of visitors was approx. 70,000.
Double presence of Cebora at the Bogotá fair
Colombia is one of the historical markets of Cebora in South America, area in which Cebora has been exporting for more that forty years.
The Colombian market, in these last years, turned out to be a particularly receptive for the new technologies and in this context Cebora has developed, together with its automation partners, several robotized welding systems with the power sources of its automation line.
The great appeal of Automechanika
There are exhibitions that, during the years, have become essential meeting opportunities for their target sector. One of these is the Automechanika in Frankfurt, which every two years hosts the biggest brands in the automotive sector, attracting crowds of visitors from around the world.
About 140,000 visitors have animated the edition of 2014, which took place on September 16th through 20th with 4,631 exhibitors from 71 countries. The Cebora automotive line, rich of MIG-MAG welders, plasma cutters and multi-purpose spotters, with a large number of approvals granted by worldwide prestigious leading car manufacturers, was exposed in the stand of the German distributor of Cebora, company Cebotech GmbH.
High quality cut on the "stand truck" in Tampere
One of the most important events in Finland for the industrial sector is for sure the Alihankinta fair in Tampere, which has been held this year on September 16th through 18th, with the usual success of public.
The presence of Cebora was assured by the stand of Cebotec Oy, historical distributor of the Italian brand, as well as by the novelty represented by the "stand truck" of the company Fincut, which gave to the public demonstrations of high quality cut with the Cebora systems Plasma Prof 254 HQC and Plasma Prof 163 ACC connected to a pantograph of their own production.
The 50 years of APTCOR
APTCOR, Provincial Association of the Vehicle Body Repair Workshops of La Coruña, the board that represents the biggest association in its sector, has celebrated this year the 50th anniversary of its foundation.
For the occasion, APTCOR has organized in Coruña on Saturday, September 13th, 2014, a big event in form of trade fair, on a surface of more than 3,000 sqm, with exhibitors of first class brands.
Here comes the first three-phase Synstar
The Synstar project consists in the creation of a range of synergic controlled inverter MIG-MAG welding power sources, easy to use and with a low price, also intended to gradually replace the electromechanical machines in those application that require a power not exceeding 250A. The possibility to implement in the power sources the optional pulsed arc function makes these machines extremely versatile and capable to offer to the user a wide range of functions that are typical of the professional welding, such as arc length, 2 times / 4 times, spot welding time, pause time, choke, Burn Back, Soft Start, pre-gas, post-gas etc.
After the launch of the first model of this series, the 200A single-phase power source Synstar 200M, art. 322, which has already enjoyed a considerable success in the world, Cebora presents now the second model, the 200A three-phase power source Synstar 200T, art. 323, which will become available in October 2014.
Novelty from Cebora and COMAU: "All in" for plasma cutting
From an intense cooperation in research and development of the company COMAU with Cebora and Gefra, an important novelty has been introduced, an innovative product unique in the world: the robotized plasma cutting system in which robot and power source have one man / machine interface.
Modularity, simplicity, quality and productivity are just some of the benefits that this project has brought.
In comparison to the 2D cut, the 3D one makes it possible to work on elements of different size and shape: pipes, pressings, castings, template bevels, parts that need a cut up to 20 mm depth etc.
Cebora and COMAU offer an integrated plasma cutting system by a Plug & Play cell with user interface on the programming terminal.
Also the standard definition plasma cutters approved by CCC
After the CCC approval of the Cebora HQC plasma line (120 and 250 Amp), obtained last year, this year the Chinese CCC board has approved the Cebora standard definition plasma cutting power sources too. The approved models are the following ones:
- Plasma Prof 163 ACC, art. 957 ("chopper" of 160A at 40%)
- Power Plasma 3035/M, art. 279 (inverter of 30A at 35%)
- Plasma Sound PC 6061/T, art. 359 (inverter of 60A at 60%)
- Plasma Sound PC 10051/T, art. 361 (inverter of 100A at 50%)
The new CCC certificates for the above machines were also shown in the Hanindo / Cebora stand at the recent Beijing fair.

For many years, the worldwide most important fair in the field of welding and cutting, the four-yearly "Schweissen & Schneiden" of Essen, Germany, organizes under its "Essen Welding and Cutting" mark several fairs in other parts of the world. Also these local fairs have gained a great importance and, among them, a surely prominent position is that of the "Beijing Essen Welding and Cutting Fair", of which has been held this year the 19th edition.
The Chinese market is for sure one of the strategic markets for vastness and for growth quickness. The Chinese partner of Cebora, Hanindo China, has exhibited in its stand the line of the Cebora plasma cutting power sources for automation, both for high definition and for standard one.
The "Most innovative Product Of The Year 2014"
This year's edition of the ITM Fair, held on 3rd to 6th June 2014 in Poznań, had once again set new records when it comes to both the number of the exhibitors and visitors from all over the world. This issue of ITM Poland Fairs attracted not only hundreds of companies from over 30 countries but also over 17,000 visitors from Poland and abroad.
STIGAL, the manufacturer of the fastest in Europe plasma cutting machines, had once again managed to catch the attention of the fairs visitors by presenting two highly innovative machines powered by CEBORA HQC power sources.
An important Cebora HQC plasma installation in China
Thanks to the CCC approval obtained by the Cebora power sources for automated high definition plasma cutting of the HQC line, the Chinese distributor of this line, company Hanindo Cebora Plasma China, is already getting the first important successes in the distribution of this particular high technology product.
An example is the installation of a Plasma Prof 254 HQC power source (250A at 100%) at a large manufacturer of glass-lined metal containers for the chemical industry and other applications.

The Cebora group acquires GEFRA, system integrator
The Cebora group has acquired the company GEFRA AUTOMAZIONE srl, a young and dynamic company, yet already rich of experience in the automation field, in which it offers turn key systems for various requirements.
This important acquisition comes within the frame of the general strategy of Cebora, that for some years has been investing big resources in the sector of automation and robotics and obtained a positive feedback from the markets, as far as both the automated welding and the automated plasma cutting, either on pantograph or on robot.
The Zagreb welding fair
Croatia has an important event devoted to welding and cutting: it is the Welding Zagreb show, that was held in Zagreb on April 9th through 12th, 2014, with a record number of visitors not only from Croatia but also from near countries.

This year edition of STOM-BLECH International Metal Sheet Processing Fair brought over 400 companies from 25 countries to Kielce, Poland. The Schweissen & Schneiden fair, which takes place every four years in the German town of Essen, is for sure the most important event worldwide in the field of metal welding and cutting.

As a result of a careful and severe study of the Cebora products and company organization structure, the Chinese board CQC has released the CCC approval certificate for the automated high definition plasma cutting power sources Plasma Prof 165 HQC, art. 958, and Plasma Prof 254 HQC, art. 955.
Consequently, from now on our HQC plasma cutting line can be marketed in China by our local partner in full compliance with the Chinese national standards.

Ford approves 5 new Cebora power sources
Ford, the renowned car manufacturer, who already approved in the past other Cebora power sources of the Automotive line, has now released the official approval for 5 models of the new range complying with the EN61000-3-12 standards (the models bearing the PFC mark = Power Factor Correction).
The new 500A DC TIG
Cebora is pleased to present the new TIG Sound DC 5061/T Synergic, art. 363, a power source long waited by the market which completes the Cebora DC TIG range, becoming the flagship of it.
It is a three-phase power source marked up by a high duty cycle (500A at 60% and 440A at 100%), suitable for heavy duty use and large production series, also thanks to the built-in cooling unit manageable from the control panel. It is also capable of welding cellulosic electrodes.
Thanks to the PFC system (which makes the machine comply with the EN61000-3-12 standard), in spite of the great power, the system requires a 32A fuse only.
The new control panel makes the operator work easier and more user friendly.
Volkswagen approves the Cebora spotter
Volkswagen, Germany, has approved the Cebora Spot 2500 (art. 2148) devoted to the car body repair.
Volkswagen has assigned to our power source the code VAS 6771.

An October of success for Cebora and Stigal in Poland
October was a very busy time in Poland when it comes to trade fairs. During a period of two weeks three separate events took place: Toolex and ExpoWelding held in Sosnowiec and Eurotool held in Kraków.
