PLASMA PROF 163 ACC

  • The PLASMA PROF 163 ACC is a constant, direct current power source developed using "secondary-circuit Chopper" technology, with microprocessor-controlled cutting parameters and functions.
  • Chopper topology and 17kHz working frequency (reduced current ripple - reduced wear of electrode / nozzle)
  • RS232 port on the front panel, allowing to update the machine software, that can be downloaded from the Cebora website
  • Selection of the Self Restart and Gouge functions from the panel
  • Assisted air flow adjustment directly from the front panel
  • Digital display showing the correct nozzle diameter according to the set cutting current
  • Continuous monitoring of the supply voltage (detection of abnormal conditions - for instance missing phase - and power source safety stop)
  • Automatic High Voltage/Frequency pilot arc striking reduces disturbances during start-up to a minimum.
  • The power source is capable of recognizing the type of torch connected, and automatically setting the appropriate safety devices. This takes place solely when ORIGINAL CEBORA TORCHES are used. The power source is unable to work with other torches.
  • It is possible to select the torch length in order to optimize the performances
  • Using the interface Art.108 (necessary when using a straight torch), it is possible to remotely control (pantograph CNC):
    • Start-
    • Transferred arc.
    • Arc voltage, (direct or insulated reduced).
    • Emergency
  • Manufactured in compliance with the EN 61000-3-12 standard
